Exness does not provide services to individuals who are nationals* or residents** of the following regions:

For individuals who are nationals* or residents** of the United States and its territories, including American Samoa, Baker Island, Guam, Howland Island, Kingman Reef, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Midway Islands, Wake Island, Palmyra Atoll, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Navassa Island, Martinique, U.S. Virgin Islands, United States Minor Outlying Islands, and Vatican City, we regret that we cannot accept them as clients.

Furthermore, Exness also does not accept clients who are residents** of the following countries and territories:

Canada, Greenland, Vanuatu, Australia, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, New Zealand (including Tokelau), Fiji, Palau, Niue, Samoa, Kiribati, Micronesia (Federated States of), Norfolk Island, Tuvalu, Seychelles, Sudan/South Sudan, Central African Republic, Mauritius, Congo, Mali, Somalia, Israel, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Palestinian Territory, Iran, and Western Sahara.
